Soft Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

All you need:

  • 2 1/4 c. Hy-Vee flour
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee baking soda
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee vanilla
  • 1 (1.34 oz) package Hy-Vee fat-free/sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 Hy-Vee eggs
  • 1 (10 oz) package Hy-Vee peanut butter chips

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour and baking soda.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugars, vanilla and pudding until smooth with electric mixer. Beat in eggs; gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  4. Bake for 9 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove cookies from pan immediately and place on cooling rack.
