Smoky Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp drained and finely chopped sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Hy-Vee salt, optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, tomatoes, paprika and if desired, salt until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg white half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
