All you need:

  • 32 oz Ore-Ida tater tots
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

All you do:

  1. Arrange tater tots in a single layer in a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Pour beef mixture over hot tater tots; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
