Serves: 20 (2 tablespoons each) Prep time: 10 minutes

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, mashed
  • 1 (10 oz) can Ro*Tel original diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Tortilla chips, optional

All you do

  1. Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lime juice and salt in medium bowl until blended. Season with pepper to taste.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
