Red Pepper and Mozzarella Turkey Burger

All you need:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 Hy-Vee Bakery onion hamburger buns, split
  • 1 c. arugula
  • 1/2 c. julienned roasted red peppers
  • 4 tbsp prepared pesto

All you do:

  1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Divide turkey into 4 patties and grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees. Top each patty immediately with a slice of cheese.
  2. On bottom of each hamburger bun, top with arugula. Top with patty, roasted red peppers, pesto and top bun.
