All you need:

  • 4 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
  • 2 c. Hy-Vee raisins
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee honey
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup

All you do:

  1. Combine oats, raisins and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  2. Combine peanut butter, honey and corn syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir well and pour over oats. Stir until oats are evenly coated.
  3. Press firmly into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cover and chill until firm.
