Pork Chops with Stuffing

All you need:

  • 4 (8 oz each) bone-in pork chops
  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee butter, melted
  • 1 Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Recipe cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

All you do:

  1. Brown pork chops in a large non-stick skillet. Place in a large baking dish.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, onion, butter, beaten egg and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop.
  3. Blend together soup and water. Pour over stuffing and pork chops.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
