Pesto Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp crushed basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves, optional

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in Parmesan cheese, yogurt, basil and garlic powder until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
