Maple-Bacon Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Hy-Vee lite syrup
  • 3 slices Hy-Vee applewood-smoked bacon, chopped, fried until crisp and drained
  • Smoked paprika, for garnish

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, syrup and bacon until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
