Ingredients:

  • 2 c. mini farfalle pasta
  • 1 (10 oz) bag Hy-Vee chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. roasted garlic Italian vinaigrette
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee butter garlic croutons

All you do

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce and cooked, cooled pasta. Toss with cheese and vinaigrette. Before serving, top with croutons.
