All you need:

  • 4 (6 oz each) halibut fillets
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Select olive oil
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
  • 4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns
  • Green leaf lettuce and Hy-Vee tartar sauce, for serving

All you do:

  1. Drizzle halibut with oil and season with Old Bay and pepper. Grill on a hot pan 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Serve halibut on hamburger buns with lettuce and tartar sauce, if desired.
