Grilled Chicken Veggie Wraps

All you need:

  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 tbsp reduced-fat vegetable-flavored cream cheese, divided
  • 6 (9 inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 3/4 c. snow pea pods
  • 3 c. shredded romaine lettuce
  • 6 tbsp chopped green onion

All you do:

  1. Grill chicken and cut into thin strips.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese down center of each tortilla.
  3. Layer each with chicken strips, red pepper, pea pods, lettuce and green onions.
  4. Rolls tortillas tightly to seal.
  5. Tip: Next time you grill out, throw on a few extra chicken breasts and use the leftovers to make these tasty wraps.
