Flavor-Bursting Shrimp Scampi

All you need:

  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Select olive oil
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden garlic blend
  • 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden basil herb blend
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Hy-Vee linguine noodles, cooked, optional

All you do:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and garlic blend. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, basil herb blend and salt.
  4. Serve hot with linguine if desired.
