Dark Chocolate Sauce

All you need:

  • 1/3 c. light agave nectar
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee baking cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee skim milk
  • 3/4 c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • Assorted fresh fruit: strawberries, blackberries and/or pineapple slices

All you do:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine agave nectar and baking cocoa. Stir in milk until combined. Add semisweet and bittersweet chocolate. Cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is just melted, stirring continuously. Serve warm with fruit.
