Curried Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • Hy-Vee freshly cracked black pepper, optional

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard and curry until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with pepper, if desired.
