Creamy Dill Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee nonfat evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • Fresh dill sprigs, optional

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in evaporated milk, mayonnaise, mustard and dill until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg white half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
