All you need:

  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded (about 4 c.)
  • 1/2 small green cabbage, shredded (about 4 c.)
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Hy-Vee white vinegar
  • 2 tsp grated sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp Hy-Vee black pepper

All you do:

  1. Combine cabbages and carrot in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, onion, sugar, mustard, celery salt and pepper. Add to cabbage mixture, stirring well to combine.
