All you need:

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee light cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 (0.4 oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee frozen corn kernels, thawed

All you do:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Fold in red pepper, jalapeno, black olives and corn. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
