All you need:

  • 1 (1 pound) loaf Wonder day-old cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
  • 3/4 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee salt
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Hy-Vee butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee peanut butter chips

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine bread cubes, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate pudding in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, butter and milk. Add to dry mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  4. Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
