Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

All you need:

  • 2 (6 oz each) pkg long-grain and wild rice blend with seasonings
  • 1 (10 oz) can Hormel premium chicken breast, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. Hormel real bacon pieces
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

All you do:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. In large bowl, combine rice, chicken, soups, mushrooms, celery, bacon pieces and pepper. Transfer rice mixture to casserole. Bake 30 minutes.
