Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes

All you need:

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz) container Hy-Vee sour cream
  • 1 (32 oz) package Hy-Vee frozen Southern Style hash browns, thawed
  • 1 (7 oz) package Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar jack cheese

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, potatoes and cheese, stirring until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until heated through.
  4. *Optional Topping: Combine 1/3 cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Spread over potato mixture and bake according to directions.
