All you need:

  • 1 1/2 pounds 80%-lean ground beef
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 6 Hy-Vee cocktail buns
  • 6 slices Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1 c. bleu cheese crumbles
  • Buffalo sauce, to taste

All you do:

  1. Form ground beef into 6 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  2. Place shredded lettuce on bottom bun, top with burger patty, diced bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce, if desired, and top bun.
