Bite-Size Fruit Pizza Bites

All you need:

  • 1 (16.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee vanilla
  • 1/3 c. Hy-Vee sugar
  • Assorted fruits, such as grapes, cherries, blackberries, clementines and oranges

All you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out cookie dough to fit a 12-inch baking stone or pizza pan. Bake 14 minutes or until light golden. Cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well-blended. Spread over cooled sugar cookie crust. Cut into small bites and top with fresh fruit.
