All you need:

  • 1/2 c. orange juice (or other juice)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup fresh fruit (such as strawberries in early summer)
  • 1/2 c. vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup ice

All you do:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl up for breakfast or a snack.
