Basic Deviled Eggs

All you need:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp stone-ground mustard
  • Paprika, optional

All you do:

  1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg white half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
