All you need:

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium mango, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 c. light Asian dressing
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee authentic wonton strips

All you do:

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, green onions, mango, cucumber and dressing. Top with wonton strips just before serving.
