What Is Live Healthy America?
The Live Healthy America (LHA) Challenge is a fun way to team up with family, friends or co-workers to lose weight, increase your physical activity and improve your nutrition from Jan. 26th – April 3rd. By joining the 10 Week Challenge you'll have access to your own personal dashboard to log progress, nutrition, set goals, and have some friendly competition among other teams and your peers.
Get Cool Stuff
Each participant receives a 2015 Live Healthy America Workout Shirt, a one-year subscription to a Lifestyle magazine of your choice and access to the Live Healthy tools and resources all year long. Grab a friend and create a community team or get your company involved in Live Healthy! Pretty cool, huh?
Sign up for the Live Healthy 10 Week Challenge, set a goal, track your progress and tell us your story! Live Healthy will be awarding “really cool” prizes throughout the 10 Week Challenge and you could be invited to tell your story at the National Live Healthy Summit!
I want to sign up! Now What?
Step 1: Build Your Team
Teams may be composed of adults of all fitness levels, you'll need to choose a team captain and select a team name. Captains you may have between 2 – 10 team members and you'll need to gather each team members' e-mail addresses and T-shirt sizes. Registration is only $20 per participant with free shipping! Team captain must have a valid e-mail address.
Step 2: Sign Up
Beginning December 16th, visit www.livehealthyamerica.com to sign up.
If your company has incorporated the 10 Week Challenge in your employee wellness program, please visit your company's wellness portal or if you have a Corporate/Group ID please click JOIN TODAY and enter your Group ID in the box and you will be taken to your company registration page.
If you don't have a company/organization code, just choose the state you are located in, then click register and you can sign up your community team.
Step 3: Log on and get going!
Log on to your Live Healthy portal, where you have unlimited access to recipes, videos, workouts and health information. Throughout the “10 Week Wellness Challenge,” don't forget to log weekly progress – from the activities completed and/or pounds lost to overall health and wellness goals.

Step 4: Visit your local Hy-Vee Dietitian during the 10-Week Challenge
Hy-Vee Dietitians provide weekly themes in-store to assist your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. At Hy-Vee, we know you want to keep yourself and your family healthy. That's why we have registered dietitians in our stores offering private consultations and group programs. We're here to help. If you have a question or need an informed opinion, just ask the Hy-Vee dietitians.
