September Dietitian Pick - Sirloin

and vitamins B6 and B12 – all essential for growth and development.

  4. Beef’s 10 essential nutrients, including protein, zinc, iron and B vitamins, fuel you and your family for an active lifestyle.
  5. Families can enjoy the great taste of beef at any meal occasion, including tailgates with kabobs or beef sliders.
