These products are made up of multiple active ingredients to individually target the many symptoms that make up the cold or flu and provide relief for up to 6 hours. Nite Time Cold & Flu also contains an ingredient called doxylamine that is an antihistamine that can also help with sleep!

How should I use it?

AGE DOSING
Adults & Children 12 Yrs & Over 30 ml (2 tbsp) every 4 hrs
Children 6 to Under 12 Yrs 15 ml (1 tbsp) every 4 hrs
Children 4 to Under 6 Yrs Ask a doctor
Children under 4 years old Do not use

Important considerations

  • These products contain acetaminophen so avoid any extra acetaminophen, or Tylenol, while taking. Do not exceed 4000 mg of acetaminophen in a day.
  • Excessive use of acetaminophen can lead to liver damage. Use the least amount possible.
  • If you have BPH, this product can increase difficulty with urinating. Ask a doctor before taking this product.
  • Do not use in combination with or within 14 days of stopping a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI).
  • Do not take if you are hypersensitive to acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, phenylephrine, or any other component of the formulation.
