A fortified wine, true sherry comes only from a small region in southern Spain and is produced in a range of styles from very light and bone dry to intense, dark, and sweet.
Flavors will depend on style produced but most offer a range of dried fruit flavors, a bracing tanginess, and a gentle alcohol bite. See the Style section for more details.
