  1. All You Need:3 cups water1 can (6 oz) tomato paste1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided8 corn tortillas1 pkg. Lawry's Enchilada Sauce Spices & Seasonings MixMakes 8 EnchiladasMIX water, tomato paste and Spices & Seasonings Main saucepan until blended. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally BROWN ground beef in skillet on medium-high heat Drain fat. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese. POUR 1 cup of the enchilada sauce into 13,9-inch haline dish. Coat each tortilla in remaining sauce. Spoon beer mixture down center of each tortilla; fold over sides. Per seam-side down in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. BAKE in preheated 350degF oven 15 minutes.
