Things you'll need:Eggs + Water + Oil (Olive Oil) + Apple Cider VinegarFlatbreadYou'll need 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp. of water, 4 Tbsp. of olive oil and 2 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.Makes two 7" FlatbreadsHeat oven to 350degF.Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Let dough sit 4 minutes (dough will thicken).Divide dough into two equal portions and place on greased cookie sheet. Moisten fingers to prevent sticking and shape into two 7" circles.Bake 20 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops. Dinner RollsYou'll need 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of water, 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.Makes 12 Dinner Rolls.Heat oven to 350degF.Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well.Pour batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each 1/2 full.Bake 25 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops. LoafYou'll need 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of water, 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and 2 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.Makes one 7.5" x 3.5" Loaf.Heat oven to 350degF.Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well.Spoon dough into greased loaf pan.bake 1 hour or until edges of loaf start to pull away from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool completely.
