  1. 1. Heat oiled wok or frying pan to medium to high temperature. 2. Test by dropping a piece of vegetable onto cooking surface--vegetable should sizzle or pop immediately. 3. Add vegetables and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are cooked, stirring frequently. 4. Season to taste and serve. 1. Place frozen vegetables and 2 tbsp water in microwave safe dish. 2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. 3. Stir and cook an additional 3-1/2 to 4 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. 4. Season to taste and serve.
  2. For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165degF. Keep solidly frozen. Do not refreeze. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on microwave used.
