Recipe: Italian Macaroni & Beef Casserole.

Instruction
  1. You will need: 6 cups of boiling water, 1/4 cup of margarine or butter and 1/4 cup of 2% milk. Preparation Instructions: 1. Stir macaroni into 6 cups boiling water. 2. Boil rapidly 7 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain. 3. Add margarine or butter packet. Mix well.
