Open-Faced Crab Melts

All you do:

  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise and mustard. Add crab meat and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide mixture among 4 slices of bread. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Broil sandwiches about 3 inches away from heat until cheese is melted and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
