Pfizer Effexor XR 150mg extended-release capsules, lot V130142, with a lot expiration date of 10-31-2015, have been voluntarily recalled by the manufacturer. Thse are 30-capsule and 90-capsule items. Number 10004411-039166 (90-capsule) and 10004445-039432 (30-capsule). Please return these items to your Hy-Vee pharmacy.
