Cucumber-Melon Chutney

All You Need:

  • 1/3 seedless cucumber, peeled & chopped
  • 2 cups chopped ripe honeydew melon
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander

All You Do:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Server over steak or chicken and enjoy!
