Caitlin Larson is the registered and licensed dietitian at your Webster City Hy-Vee. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and completed an accredited dietetic internship through the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Caitlin is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She enjoys meeting and interacting with customers and offers individualized nutrition services to fit each Hy-Vee customer’s unique needs. Caitlin is excited to help people in the community live healthy lives using simple, manageable, and enjoyable strategies. Shelley Woodall, RD, LD Registered Dietitian
Shelley completed her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Iowa State University and a dietetics internship at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. For 18 years before joining Hy-Vee, she worked in clinical nutrition and food service management roles where she has gained experience with clients of all ages, nutritional needs and disease-specific diagnosis.
A native of Hamilton County, Shelley is excited to serve the Webster City Hy-Vee community as a nutrition resource. She feels the grocery store provides an ideal environment for teaching about healthy food choices. Shelley is looking forward to promoting wellness through food and fitness education for all population groups. She believes in keeping a simple and realistic approach to meal planning, while encouraging a combination of weight training and cardio to get moving - but most important, to include BOTH nourishing food and exercise in your daily routine... that is a sustainable lifestyle for YOU!
