Courtney Kruse is your 95th Street Hy-Vee dietitian! Courtney obtained her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Iowa State University and completed a 10-month dietetic internship program through ARAMARK in Kansas City, Missouri. She has worked for Well*Life through Carondelet Health conducting health risk assessments and providing nutrition education to clients.
Courtney is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association); the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN) and the Food and Culinary Professionals (FCP) Dietetics Practice Groups; the Kansas Dietetic Association; and the Kansas City Dietetic Association. She is registered and licensed in the state of Kansas. Courtney also served as president of the Kansas City Chapter #4 Celiac Sprue Association (CSA) in 2008 & 2009.
Courtney has completed Hy-Vee’s Wellness Coach Training Program which was developed by Des Moines University with support from the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium and the Wellness Council of Iowa. Courtney is proud to provide wellness coaching in making lives “easier, healthier, happier.”
