Lezlie has been a registered dietitian in the Omaha area since 2005. She is a native of Sioux City, Iowa and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Morningside College. After working as a hospital medical technologist for sixteen years, her passion for food and exercise lead her to Omaha to pursue a career in dietetics with an interest in preventative nutrition.
Lezlie obtained her certification in dietetics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. She has received the American Dietetic Association's Certificate in Adult Weight Management and is knowledgeable in nutrition for weight management, diabetes, heart health, hypertension and food allergies and intolerances.
Lezlie is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietitics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), the Nebraska Dietetic Association and the Omaha District Dietetic Association.
MS, RD, LMNT
Jenn obtained her Bachelor of Science degrees in dietetics and nutrition, exercise and health science from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. She attended graduate school at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned a Master of Science degree in food and nutrition management and also completed the dietetic internship.
Whole body wellness is very important to her, as she was a massage therapist for seven years before pursuing her career in dietetics. She realizes that no wellness plan can be complete with just nutrition, so she burns off extra energy through many different sports and activities. In fact, sports nutrition is what first drew her toward dietetics, as she learned how to better fuel her body and how nutrition could aid in faster recovery during triathlon training. Jenn is excited to help customers with their nutritional concerns and to promote easier, happier, healthier lifestyles.
She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Omaha District of the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
