My most recent experience was chef at Blackstone Iowa City, which was voted Iowa City’s best restaurant for two years in a row. Previously, I have held positions in the Iowa City area in university food service and healthcare as well as food sales. Before moving to Iowa, I was in New Orleans at Commanders Palace as executive sous chef. Earlier in my career, I held a chef position at the American Restaurant in Kansas City, and as a sous chef for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta - an overall total of 35 years in the food service industry.
