Coming to Hy-Vee with 20 years of restaurant and chef experience, a graduate of Iowa State University, and The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. With 9 restaurant openings as executive chef and 11 Years of restaurant ownership, his main focuses at Hy-Vee are working with customers on recipe development, cooking questions, healthy dining options, menu development, and cooking classes. He is also involved with wine pairings and education, the East Euclid Wine club, and monthly classes held at the Hy-Vee EastSide Events Center.
