Greg Mangan comes to Quincy Broadway Hy-Vee with over 18 years of experience in the foodservice industry/catering. Greg previously worked in a family-owned upscale casual restaurant local to Quincy. Prior to coming to Hy-Vee, Greg managed Tony’s Old Place/Tony’s Too. He is passionate about feeding people and especially getting them to try new foods. He enjoys helping customers with recipe production and ideas.

Bre Zessin

Please help us welcome our new chef to the Quincy Broadway Hy-Vee! Bre Zessin comes fresh out of culinary school from Illinois Central College in Peoria, Illinois. She earned an A.A.S in both culinary arts management and restaurant management. She loves to bake and decorate cakes. She also enjoys meal planning and creating new dishes. She’s been with Hy-Vee since she was 16, starting here at Quincy, then transferring to Peoria. At the Peoria store she did her culinary internship and upon graduation she decided to move back to her hometown to be one of our chefs! She hopes to be able to share her knowledge of food, inspire customers and cater to their culinary needs.
