Hickory House Smoked Meats

Includes 2 entrees and 2 side dishes with a can of pop or bottled water for $11

Entrees - Choose any two:  Smoked pork loin, smoked pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked turkey breast or smoked chicken
Side Dishes - Choose any two:  Smoked baked beans, smoked jalapeno mac and cheese, Hickory House coleslaw, smoked cheesy corn bake or smoked white cheddar mac and cheese

Dinner Buffets

Prices are per guest.
All buffets include disposable tableware. Formal place setting available for an additional charge.

DINNER BUFFET #1 - $11 Choice of one entrée, one salad, one vegetable, one potato, one dessert, roll and butter.

DINNER BUFFET #2 - $13 Choice of two entrées, one salad, one vegetable, one potato, one dessert, roll and butter.

  • Entrees  - Oven-Baked Ham, Roast Beef, Mediterranean Chicken Breast, Herb-Roasted Pork, Stuffed Pork Chops, Roast Turkey Breast, Chicken Parmesan or Fettuccine Alfredo with choice of shrimp or chicken
  • Salads  - Potato Salad, Fruit Salad, Lettuce Salad with Dressing, Pasta Salad, Assorted Whipped Salads or Fresh Vegetable Salads
  • Potato  - Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Millionaire Potatoes, Wild or Rice Pilaf, Au Gratin Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, Sage Dressing, Hash Brown Casserole or Oven-Roasted Potatoes
  • Vegetables  - Oven-Roasted Vegetables, Buttered Corn, Green Bean Casserole, Vegetable Medley, Honey-Glazed Carrots, Broccoli or Green Beans Amandine
  • Desserts  - Apple, Cherry or Peach Crisp, Assorted Pies, Variety of Cheesecakes or Assorted Dessert Bars

BLACK TIE BUFFET - Starting at $16   Choice of potato, salad, vegetable and dessert.

  • Entrees  - Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast, BBQ Ribs, Chicken Cordon Bleu Beef or Chicken Kabobs, New York Strip Steak, Beef Rib Eye Steak or Prime Rib Dinner

CHINESE BUFFET #1 - $8 Choice of two entrées, one appetizer and one rice.

  • Entrees (10-oz serving per guest) - Beef with Broccoli, Chicken Lo Mein, Sesame Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, General's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork or Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Mongolian Beef or Hunan Pork
  • Appetizers  - Chicken Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon or Pork Egg Roll
  • Rice (5-oz serving per guest) - Fried or Steamed

CHINESE BUFFET #2 - $9 Choice of three entrées, one appetizer, one rice and one fortune cookie per person.

  • Entrees (10-oz serving per guest) - Orange Chicken, Chicken or Beef with Broccoli, Chicken Lo Mein, Sesame Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, Kung Pao Chicken, General's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork or Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Hunan Chicken or Pork, Almond or Cashew Chicken or Triple Delight
  • Appetizers  - Chicken Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon, Pot Sticker or Pork Egg Roll
  • Rice (5-oz serving per guest) - Fried or Steamed


DELUXE HOG ROAST - $12

Includes a fully roasted hog, carved on-site in front of your guests, 2 side dishes of your choice, fresh large sandwich buns, complete disposable table service and our special recipe BBQ sauce on the side. Minimum of 100 guests is required for this event.
