This month’s support group will feature Elizabeth Dahlstrom Burnley and Marcia Schultz Dahlstrom. Elizabeth has a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science and teaches part time in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at Iowa State University. Elizabeth developed an interest in the much misunderstood concept of gluten and gluten-free cooking because her sister-in-law, Marcia, lives with celiac disease. Along with Carol Field Dahlstrom, they developed a cookbook called Gluten-Free Made Simple. Join us and learn about their experiences as they developed this wonderful cookbook!
