Diabetes Education Class

Do you have diabetes or know someone who does? Sign up for a FREE diabetes education class. The class is hosted by your West Broadway Hy-Vee dietitian, Becca Meade and Certified Diabetes Educator, Amy Haberman. At this class you will learn about what diabetes is, the importance of checking blood sugar levels, A1C and how it affects your blood sugar, meal planning and exercise, medical testing, and types of medication that help manage blood sugar.
This FREE class will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please register by signing up at Customer Service, online or by calling (712) 328-9792.
