Stock your freezer with 5 nutritious dinners to use on your busy nights! Dietitian assistant Cameron will do all the shopping and pre-prep of any ingredients. All you need to do is bring yourself, a cooler/re-usable bag and possibly an apron! Menu items make 4 servings.
Menu:
· Greek Turkey Burgers w/ Sweet Potatoes
· Baked Pesto Chicken Parmesan w/ Rice
· Black Bean Salsa Quesadillas
· Garlic Pork Kabobs w/ Veggies
· Chicken Lettuce Wraps w/ Rice
