Sous Chef Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta

Participants are to act responsibly with knives and equipment. Participants are actively engaged in the process of preparing meals. Class length will be around an hour and half and two hours. Participants will construct a complete meal with individual and group activities. Full-length pants and closed-toe shoes are required to participate in this group. The cost per session is $15.00. For more information, please contact [email protected]. In this class, kids will focus on making fresh cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta. Ages 12-16.
