Make plans to attend this event as we welcome Carl Hagstrand from the Vermont Hard Cider Company. Carl will walk participants through an assorment of cider samples (dry, sweet, hoppy, English & domestic). U of Brew students attending this class will receive extra credit for this learning experience (20 credits). Online registration is required for each individual planning on attending. Cost is $5 per person.
