Cooking classes with Chef Keith Walsh and Registered Dietitian Shannon Muhs combine great taste with health. This is a fun, laid-back, interactive class. Come ready to learn by doing and taste the results at the end of class. Please register at least 24 hours in advance and pay for class at Customer Service. 12 person limit. Menu: Hoisin/beer marinated beef sirloin with stir-fry vegetables; Cook once, eat twice with ground beef: Goulash and easy Cheeseburger Pie
